    Construction & Demolition Waste Solutions.

As one of the fastest developing regions in the world, the UAE is home to an unprecedented amount of industrial and construction projects. But industry and construction can be incredibly damaging to the environment – in fact, it accounts for over half of the region’s waste products – a figure far higher than elsewhere in the world.

To help solve the problem we have just signed an exclusive agreement with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change of the UAE (supported by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs) to set up Construction and Demolition waste receiving and processing facilities in Ajman, Um Al Quwain and Fujairah. As the only company in the UAE to sign such a deal, Dulsco will now be managing the C&D waste of all three emirates for at least the next 15 years.

In simple terms the land, power and water connection for each facility will be provided by FEWA. The site development, operations, transportation and recycling of waste materials will be managed by Dulsco and executed by local municipalities.

Recycled materials like sub base can be used for building new roads and infrastructure, which reduces costs, virgin quarrying needs, pollution and unnecessary landfill.

It’s a win win situation for all concerned.
